When you purchase any boxed health supplement product from the Petwell official website and use it according to the recommended dosage for 30 days, if you feel the product’s results do not match the improvements described, and you meet the refund rules, you may apply for a full refund for that order.

(Please note that the recommended daily dosage may vary depending on the size of your pet.)

 

Refund Method

1.Fill out the online form: Petwell 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Refund Application Form
2.Please prepare the following items:
a. Petwell official website order number or screenshot of the order page
b. Outer box of the opened Petwell product you have tried

After preparing the above items, please mail them within 3 days from the application date to:

Shipping fee must be paid by the applicant.

  1. The refund amount does not include the shipping fee paid at the time of purchase.
  2. If all products of the same item in the order need to be returned, only one box may be opened.
  3. Applications may be submitted within 37 days from the date the product is received.
  4. After Petwell receives the refund application and returned items, the payment amount will be transferred to your designated bank account within 14 business days.
  5. Refund applications will not be accepted for invoices printed with a company tax ID number.
  6. Each person is eligible for one refund opportunity only on their first purchase.
  7. This campaign is intended by Petwell to encourage consumers to try the product and does not guarantee product efficacy.
  8. The organizer reserves the right to modify, adjust, or terminate this campaign.
